This project attempts to dehumanize and very physically objectify by turning the body into an object placed in familiar but uncontextualized locations.

This work confuses the viewer by contorting and distorting the body, reducing skin and hair to pure textural objects, disconnected from their natural connotations.

"Threads" uses a custom developed rendering engine that turns 2d images into 3d objects allowing the viewer to confront the image from different angles, revealing hidden perspectives and connections.
